Todd Hixon started practicing with Steve DeWolf when he moved to Texas in 1996. Todd was a Partner with Bellinger & DeWolf, LLP from 2004-2012, when he became Of Counsel to that firm after his family relocated to the West Coast. He currently resides in Seattle, but maintains a law practice in Texas. Todd has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in Federal and State courts throughout Texas and related appeals, including the United States and Texas Supreme Courts and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Todd has also represented clients in various arbitrations. Todd routinely counsels clients in employment matters that include employment contracts, severance agreements, non-competes/non-solicitation covenants, management and training seminars, policy manuals and investigation into employee misconduct. Todd has also advised corporate boards, management and government entities on potential and pending litigation, including related investigations.
